Dr. Jeff Dill, who teaches Western Civ III in the Templeton Honors College, is a trained sociologist who studied at the University of Virginia. He will discuss the social impact of agrarian traditions in American culture and how the larger American culture has shaped those traditions. What has been lost? Has anything been gained? Will there be a mention of Wendell Berry?
